    I noticed that some WUs get stuck and make no progress (see this host). Looking at the application in the task manager, I also noticed that it doesn't get any CPU time. The only way that such WUs are flushed is when they exceed their alloted time or I kill the application.

    Please, advise.

      That's weird. No one had reported this before. Is it something particular of this only host or is it also happening in any other of your hosts?

      I'll try to calculate these WU here in the lab to see if I can reproduce the situation.

        FWIW, I've crunched around 600 WUs across a dozen hosts and haven't seen this problem (and just one computation error so far).

          I added another Windows 7 and a Linux host to the project and will keep an eye on them.

                Happy to know that. Up to now, I have no clue about the reason these WU get stuck, I processed some failing WU in my PC and they ran smoothly.
