Some of the Wu's seem to want to wait for Memory when there is plenty of Memory Available. The only way I can seem to get the Box to run them is to Abort the waiting Wu for a new one & then they seem to run again.

Can you tell me what is the WU number and how much RAM do you have when this problem appears? This should not occur unless your system has effectively not RAM enough to process that specific WU.

I have over 3gb free when it happens >>> http://falua.cesfelipesegundo.com/Neurona/result.php?resultid=614490 this one was earlier today. Right now I have one waiting for Memory >>> http://falua.cesfelipesegundo.com/Neurona/result.php?resultid=636953

It might have been that I had my Preferences set to use 75% of the Memory when in use because when the Projects 1'st started we were told to lower our Memory usage I think. Anyway I bumped it back up to 99% when in use & Updated the Client & the Wu started back up again ... :)

I just noticed the Memory Usage spiking to 1.9+ gb's towards the end of their run. This puts the 4gb Box's on the edge of locking up when running 2m Wu's. My 4gb laptop was locked up was the reason I discovered the increase in memory usage ...

Every Wu I've turned in for awhile have been marked Invalid ...

EDIT: Well I guess not every one of them but 20% to 30% or more of them anyway, since starting to run the Project yesterday morning I've amassed 660+ Invalid Wu's, quite a waste of time really ...

Also, now I'm not sure what could I do to fix this in the user's credit and results tables. Users with only Linux machines have chances of having more credits that they should have compared with users only with windows machines. A little mess. Perhaps the best solution is just let the project run with this fix and let the credits adjust as more WU are calculated.

As long as the problem is fixed I wouldn't do anything about the excess credit some/all of the Linux Box's were getting. Nobody's gained that much from it & unless you could run a script to correct the Credits it would be to much work on your part to manually go thru all the Linux Box's to correct it so I'd just let it stand ...

I have some marked Invalid against other Windows Box's, in fact some are against my own Box's. One Box with give an Invalid then another Box of mine will pickup the same Wu & it will be marked as valid ... Weird

All I'm getting is 1 Per Host not 1 Per Core. If I was getting 1 Per Core 2/3 of my Box's would be Locked up b now ... :/
